My aunt reads “Cook’s Country” magazine, which is THE BEST culinary magazine in the universe, and it’s great for stay-at-home parents/spouses/homemakers with lots of extra time and money available. Uhhg, I want my aunt’s life. ANYWAY:
I saw a really great little breakfast item in one of the articles, and it looks like it’d be easy to adapt with healthier ingredients. I’ll try it out momentarily and let you know how things go.
